About Me

My name is Elias Almeida and I am a STB sound engineer and music producer. I have been passionate about sound and music since I was a kid, and I decided to pursue my dream of working in the audio industry by enrolling in Audioplace Academy in 2021.
One of my hobbies is building analog synthesizers and other audio electronics-related devices. I enjoy experimenting with different circuits, and creating unique musical instruments that express my creativity and personality. I also like to share my knowledge and experience with other enthusiasts.
Another area of interest to me is game audio. I design, program and implement sound effects, music and dialogue into games using Wwise and FMOD, two of the most popular middleware tools for interactive audio. I love the challenge of creating immersive and interactive audio that enhances the gameplay experience and the emotional impact of the game. I have worked on indie game projects as a sound designer, composer, as well as audio programmer, and I am always looking for new opportunities to collaborate with other game developers.
